DAY 1: DESERT TOUR FROM MARRAKECH TO KASBAH AIT BENHADDOU AND CAMEL RIDE IN ERG LIHOUDI with “4x4 Morocco” as we organize private and guided tour from Marrakech to explore Sahara.

We depart early in the morning from Marrakech (pick up from your hotel) and travel across the High Atlas Mountains through the famed Tichka Pass (highest road point in Morocco at 2260 m). This Morocco trip provides magnificent views of valleys and landscapes. Along the route, you stop at various Kasbahs, including the famed Ait BenHaddou. This is a UNESCO World Heritage Site from the 16th century.

The private Marrakech tour continues through the Draa Valley and its amazing river to reach Zagora. We stop at Agdz on the way. It provides a panoramic view of the Draa valley. After a brief stay here, we continue on to Tanskhirt, Zagora, and Tamgroute to observe and learn about pottery manufacture. Then we go to M'hamid desert and Erg Lihoudi, where you will stay in a desert tent (bivouac). We spend the night in a desert tent after eating a delicious Berber supper around the fire.

DAY 2: TOUR FROM MHAMID TO DRAA VALLEY AND DROP OFF AT YOUR MARRAKECH HOTEL.

After breakfast, we continue Morocco guided tour and we ride camels for about an hour before enjoying Moroccan tea with the locals. We then depart back to “The Red City” through the Draa Valley and we pass via the Tizi N'Tinffift pass to Ouarzazate. Here you will have a delicious lunch before setting off for the final tarvel stage to Marrakech via the Tizi N'Tichka pass. Drop off at your hotel in Marrakech.
