TOUR OVERVIEW and Fes to Sahara tour highlights :

Our cars are all comfy for your Fes desert trip, which includes a drop-off at your Marrakech hotel. We spent the night at Sahara camp, listening to local music around the campfire.

DAY 1: TOUR FROM FES TO MIDDLE ATLAS IN MIDELT THEN ERFOUD AND MERZOUGA DESERT with “4x4 Morocco” as we organize everyday guided tour from Fes to Marrakech .

Our private driver will pick up you from hotel in Fes. You explore Ifrane, a famous winter ski resort called as Switzerland of Morocco. You visit the cedars forest in Middle Atlas in Azrou before we continue to Errachidia and Erfoud. Here we may stop for a short visit of fossil factories where products are made. You reach Merzouga desert and we stay in Sahara hotel with dinner. Optional activities available.

DAY 2: GUIDED EXCURSION IN MERZOUGA DESERT AND CAMEL TREK TO SPEND A NIGHT IN CAMP.

Tour from Fes to desert and Marrakech continues by exploring Merzouga dunes and nearby villages. You enjoy Gnawa music in Khamlia village , we enjoy tour around the dunes of Erg Chebbi. We stop in Hassilabiad. Later today we prepare for camel trek to desert camp. After 1 hour camel ride we climb the high dune to watch the desert sunset. You will have Berber dinner at campfire and our friendly Merzouga guides will play drum music for us. We spend the night under desert tents.

DAY 3 : TOUR FROM MERZOUGA DESERT TOWARDS TODGHA GORGE AND DADES GORGES.

Morocco guided excursion with “4x4 Morocco” continues today and you enjoy desert sunrise in Merzouga. Then we prepare for riding camels back to village for breakfast and private transfer towards Tinghir and guided excursion in canyon of Todgha Gorge. After lunch we drive through the famous Dades Valley and we enjoy local rock formations called “monkey toes”. You stay this night in Dades with dinner and breakfast included.

DAY 4 : FROM DADES GORGES TO UNESCO SITE OF AIT BENHADDOU AND WE FINISH IN MARRAKECH.

On the last day we continue our private Fes to desert tour towards “Valley of Roses” , we stop in “Kalaat Mgouna” to explore local rose products and cooperative. We make a stop in Ouarzazate , called as “the Gate to desert” where we visit local movie studio and we stop for excursion in kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. It is surely the largest and most beautiful kasbah in Morocco. It has been recognized as the UNESCO historical site. Then we continue over the High Atlas mountains to reach Marrakech city.
